Basic Package - Small home/condo under 1,500 sq ft

Perfect for small homes and condos under 1,500 sq ft. includes a professional 20–30 HDR edited photo set, a Matterport-style 3D scan (single floor) with 6 months of hosting, and standard 7–14 business-day delivery—everything agents need to list fast and look polished.

Before and After Photography Package - < 1,000 sq ft

Large Package - Large or Luxury Estates - 3,000 sq ft or greater - $799

Designed for estates and high-end properties (3,000+ sq ft), our Luxury Package delivers 50+ premium-retouched photos, a high-detail Matterport Pro scan with dollhouse view, a cinematic 4K walkthrough plus daytime drone footage, a twilight exterior photo set, and priority 72-hour turnaround.
